Appeal for information after a burglary – Berryfields

 

A burglary has been reported in a cul-de-sac off Moorcroft Lane, Berryfields.

 

At around 11:10pm Friday night (8/9) a man opened an unlocked patio door and reached into the property. They were discovered by the occupant and ran from the premise and drove off in a vehicle – possibly a small blue hatchback.

 

No entry was gained and nothing was stolen.

 

If you saw or heard anything suspicious in the area that night, please call the police on the 24 hour Police Enquiry Centre number 101.

 

If you don’t want to speak to the police, or give your details, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, or report it online.
